Support questions
Common questions
How do I report a problem with a NEOMANERA product?
Email [email protected] with the product name, the version you are running, the device and operating system version, and a description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If you can reproduce the problem, the steps to do so are the single most useful thing you can send us.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within two working days. We work monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time, excluding English public holidays. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
Do you offer support in languages other than English?
Our support is provided in English. We will do our best to help if you write in another language, but a reply in English will usually be faster and clearer.
Will you ask me for my password?
Never. No member of the NEOMANERA team will ever ask for your password, a two-factor authentication code, or remote access to your device. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, it is not from us — please report it to the address on this page.
What data do you need from me to provide support?
As little as possible. We ask for the technical detail needed to reproduce a problem. Please do not send us personal documents, screenshots containing other people’s data, or credentials. We delete support correspondence once the matter is closed and the retention period in our privacy policy has elapsed.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us stating that you are making an erasure request under UK GDPR and naming the product concerned. We will confirm receipt and respond within the statutory period. Our privacy policy sets out the full process and your other rights.
Can I get support for a product that has not been released yet?
Products marked as in development are not yet available to the public, so there is nothing to support. You are welcome to write to us with questions about a forthcoming product, and we will answer what we can.
Still stuck?
Write to us with what you have tried so far. A real person will read it and reply.
